Sound equipment hire is key to any meeting, event and conference. Whether it is a microphone, music or a speech the sound must be audible and clear. Always content is key but even with poor content we can help make your presentation better. Using state of the art small and discrete RCF active speakers on every installation. As I am sure you don’t want a stack of speakers at one end of the room being an eyesore or just too loud at on end of the meeting space.
Our fully trained AV technicians ensure the sound from the microphones and presentation can be heard by all.
With this in mind our sound equipment hire department has everything you need to be heard. Whether it is a basic 2 speaker pa with a Shure SM58 lead microphone to a multi speaker system going through several rooms with items such as Sennheiser G3 Radio microphones, pc sound kits to more elaborate kit. We rent out and hold stock of many pieces of sound equipment including Lapel mics, Flesh coloured headset microphones, aerobic mics all with belt packs. Mixers to output the sound to different zones ensuring that the guests at the back of the room can hear as clearly as the ones at the front. We also offer dj equipment rental with bass bins and can supply speakers for outdoor events including running events, village fetes and church meetings. We often supply small speaker systems for weddings to aid in the best man’s speech or master of ceremonies to be hears and his instructions can be followed. We can even rent out onstage monitors but our main sound system hire will always remain the meeting, conference and event solutions. In may cases our pa’s are key to a great presentation or event. Many people think they have a loud voice which no doubt they do for a short period of time but what if they are having to present a conference to 50 people all day talking loudly, 9 times out of 10 they soon realise that a microphone is needed as 4 hours is a long time to be shouting which can be off putting to your delegates, clients or visitors. This is why in these cases with suggest using a lapel / tie clip mic with a belt pack so the presenter can leave his or her hands free to point gesture or move the powerpoint along without having to keep placing the microphone on a table. We also offer table top mics for boardroom discussions and public hearings and even the odd inquest.
If you have video embedded in your presentation that is being projected on the big screen it is only fair that you can hear it as well as see it. All inputs of audio are fully adjustable so your guests do not get either blasted out or struggle to hear what is going on.
